March 9th Meeting Program

Hi again -

Our very own Doug Brooks will be giving a talk and presentation about photographing ceramics during our next meeting. Doug has been doing this kind of photography for a number of years. In fact he has photographed my own work several times! He will be talking about how to shoot professional images including camera settings and the technical aspects and aesthetics of lighting.

See Doug's website: http://www.dougbrooksceramics.com/

The next meeting will be March 9th at the Y in Park Slope.
As I wrote before, this will be our last meeting there. We are looking for ideas for where to hold future meetings. Some suggested that we go back to meeting in members houses.

Ideas from you are welcome...

Future Meeting Place

Hi All -

Our next meeting will be on March 9th at the Y in Park Slope.
This will be the last time the Y will sponsor this space. After that there will be a charge that given our budget is quite steep. We are looking for ideas about venue spaces for future meetings. If anyone has any thoughts on this please email me.
